What is Cosmetic Acupuncture?

Cosmetic Acupuncture is an effective, non-surgical treatment to reduce the signs of aging. It is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine. It involved the insertion of very thin disposable needles into the acupuncture points on the face. Local circulation to the face and collagen production is then stimulated. The result is a healthy, growing complexion.

No side effects, no down time, no risk of disfigurement.

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to effectively treat many conditions and illnesses and to prevent disease. Acupuncture balances the energy points on the body and removes blockages in the meridians (channels of blood and energy).

Cosmetic Acupuncture has gained popularity in the last few years, especially in New York City and Los Angeles. Previously, it was a beauty secret for the rich and famous in Hollywood. Now everyone can benefit.

In 1996, the International Journal of Clinical Acupuncture reported that “among 300 cases treated with Cosmetic Acupuncture, 90% had marked effects with one course of treatment.”

The beneficial effects include: the skins becomes delicate, improvement of elasticity of facial muscles, ruddier complexion, and overall rejuvenation.
